My first attempt an sending pics
« on: June 07, 2019, 09:05:14 PM »
O.k guys this is my first attempt at doing any photographing my models.  David I wanted to show this car first as this is the one I asked all the questions about.  This is my first attempt at channeling the body over the frame.  I had my share of difficulties but I trudged on and finally got a final product.  The roll bar is what gave my the most problems. The color is Tamiya Racing white and the decals are from some NASCAR sheets I had here.  Hope you like.  I only sent one photo as se have been having problems getting the sizing down.  MUCH PRACTICE NEEDED!

Very nice model.  Very clean, and I like the colors. Some of the guys can help you with the sizing.  Not my strong suit.

Good looking build, Al.
Nice one.

As for the photo sizes....... I can only speak for Fotki, the photo sharing site I use.
After you upload pics, you can change the "display" size before it is shared.
I believe the max size here at STM, would be in the 650 to 750 pixels range for the longest edge of a photo.
I'm sure Tom could enlighten us on the specifics.

Looks great :)...from personal experience, that's not one of the easiest kits to build and your improvements to it really add to its appeal.
B.T.W I size my pictures to be no larger than 640 X 480
