Are you guys using a specific glue for windshields or clear glass on model kits?
Thanks

That windshield glue makes good gauge faces, and wind wing glass that isn’t as thick as a brick. It amazing how big an area that stuff will span. I once did all the windows, and the windshield on a salt flats coupe with that stuff. You just get some on the end of a toothpick, and run it around the edge of the opening a few times, and it will span the opening and make a window.

David,
Is there a "shelf life" to the Testor's clear part glue?
Bought one close to 10 years ago, but have never opened it.

Mine came with a blue card the bottle was put in, and a light blue on the bottle. This one is non-toxic..

thx

The Testor's window glue is the best.  You just have to be neat with it as it will be visible on clear glass windows just like any other glue.  Ask me how I know!  It has a very long shelf life, Ed.  My bottle is at least 15 years old and is still as good as new.  Good stuff.
