Except for showing up in either a group shot or background of a pic, this is the FIRST time this oldie has been posted.

A bit of paint added at some point in time
Lower push bar came from old Monogram Midget, when I scapped that one...
Otherwise box built right out of the box....the exhausts were cut back after it was built...

This oldie as survived as it was the 1st true short track car kit that i built....
not to mention, close to being the first one that had a complete engine....(as far as I knew, back then om '67 or '68 when I bought it...

Probably because it has spent most of its "life" in the kit box it came it, surrounded by some old rolled up newspaper that probably dates back to 1972....

Thanks, Slim....

The only thing I don't like about that kit, is the body/hood/nose are all one piece....
Back in the day, I had the patience to work on getting them separated.....Not sure about these days.....
And there is no rear suspension....but that I can live with......
