'66 Fairlane LM #3

Reskinned a 69 Torino (prior build) into a '66 Fairlane. Had a molded chassis, so didn't do much more than just put a fresh body on.

Works for me!! In fact (as you well know), that's what happened in the 1:1 world many times back in this era. We had some guys that would run the same chassis for three years or more (because it was a darn good chassis!) and they freshened or changed the motors and of course, re-skinned the thing each year and from the stands perspective, they were campaigning a "new" car that next year. Just the right height; the cage is tight; graphics are bright; the build is a delight!!   :D :D
I appreciate people that actually build and post models.

Yep, that is one fine looking FORD.  Got a giggle out of David's poetry.

The re-skinned version looks absolutely great.....here's to many more seasons of racing! (glass is raised, toast is made)

You should read his literary works of haiku as well.
