Late Model Camaro
« on: July 06, 2020, 08:41:35 AM »
I just finished this one over the weekend. It's been in the works for a while and I'm happy with the way it came out. Shout out to Ron Coon Resins and David at PPP for the great aftermarket goodies.
This is a late model dirt Camaro typical of what I remember watching when I was a kid in the early 80s (80-81 to be specific). Thanks to everyone that answered questions and helped me research this era dirt car.

I learned alot with this one and I can't wait to build another one! (hint: who remembers the "Southern Gentleman"?)

This is a beautiful build, it's obvious you put a lot of time into this build and it shows,

Outstanding, I really love the tasteful weathering. With a little slight damage, and a good background photo, this model could easily be mistaken for a real race car.

...You have capture the early 80's look perfectly......not exactly an easy task as you can probably attest.  Your extra effort to the smallest details is spot on and really makes this build.
