'56 Ford Mod #3
« on: November 05, 2019, 11:27:55 AM »
IMG_5222 by Rett Rundell, on FlickrIMG_5220 by Rett Rundell, on FlickrIMG_5214 by Rett Rundell, on FlickrIMG_5212 by Rett Rundell, on Flickr    I had the chassis from an old 40 Ford mod. Had a clapped out 56 Ford, just started cuttin' and hackin' and this is what was left. Added and modified a few things while along the way. Didn't have a wing, so modified the top!

Glad to finally get back into building a little.

What a very cool looking race car, Rett! At first, I was so focused on the overall look, that I didn't even recognize that familiar chassis! I would love to have seen something like that at a race track. Two thumbs up!

I think you’ve struck gold with this one, Rett!!!  What a cool car and it looks great to boot!!!  Love the “wing!!!”🏁

Tks guys. Like I said before, I just start hackin' away and see what comes up. Not good at crafting things ahead of time. A fair amount of work cutting the body, but it was fun. I just down sized and don't have a lot of room, so decided to redo some of my earlier builds, using the old underpinnings with a newer body. Gonna do another replica car next tho.

That looks Kool Rett. This is something that we would see in the 60s. Love it.

I like the "out of the box & rules" thinking.
Different is cool !!
