Title: Bishop #77 super mod
Post by: JimW on October 05, 2017, 02:35:17 AM
Bishop racing #77 super modified 100" wheelbase ,these pic are from an open wheel mags from back in the late 80's  they built everything on this car inhouse even has 4 corner had INDEPENDENT  SUSPENSION . they raced this car around 10 times no body could get it to turn in the corner , everyone told them they needed to try it on a pavement track ... but thy never did that  ended up cutting it up and selling all the parts to local hot rodding guys , but thats the way the Bishops do things if something dont work they go home and cut up everything and dump the left over parts

Man...Just saw this post....I'm with whom ever told those guys to try it on Asphalt. That whole setup screams Asphalt. This really reminds me of the things Smokey Unick would build. Man...this would be a really cool project to build..if one could get reference pics. Thanks for posting this one Jim...
