Title: 4-25-2019 ASA Buick Regal
Post by: David Bogard on April 09, 2019, 10:44:43 PM: This ASA Buick Regal WIP is mocked up now. The rims and tires will be different but these give me something to work with during the build process. I've still got a little smoothing here and there, I need to raise the rear of the car a hair and also trim back the exhaust pipes just a smidgeon but it will be ready for paint soon.

It's amazing how you seem to get the stance and proportions correct on every build. I struggle with that. Sometimes I don't see the problems till after there finished, then it's too late.

Address it to me.
Send the package to me "Overnight Express" please.

When I get it I will advise and say "Thank You Very Very Much"

That model is going to be a real show stopper when you have it finished..

In the following pics it looks like you have built some really nice headers exiting under the car. I'm curious because I want to make crossover headers for my next build.

ThirdGear- As I am want to do at times, I "changed my mind" and took out the old exhaust and ran it through the door. Solder is the exhaust builder's friend so I tend to fiddle around some when I get to that part.

I would like to see detail pics of those headers if you have them. I'm looking into making some from 14g craft wire.

Great build, David. I went to your FOTKI album and saw some GREAT builds. I also went to your personal album and saw your wonderful Family pis. You wouldn't happen to be the guy with the long mustache?
