Title: Red White and Blue Firebird
Post by: slim on July 04, 2017, 10:23:26 PM
While it lasts! One of my early builds from around 2000, when I was just getting back in the hobby.Obviously influenced by the 6 Pack movie, but before a decal program and used a Firebird instead. This asphalt car is half way through a makeover. Got the chassis almost finished after 17 years, and changing it over to dirt. The body will get new paint, eventually. Feedback and opiniond welcomed! I will be posting updated progress reports in a few days!

It looks good like it is Tom...What color did you have in mind for the dirt car?

I have purchased some interesting Tamiya and Model Master Lacquers recently, copper, metallic oranges and reds, shades of blue. Or maybe I'll paint it white with the blue stripe, traditional Trans Am. We'll see.
