Title: Chevelle Latmodel
Post by: ModelCarMan AKA Ricky on June 06, 2017, 06:08:53 PM
Just finished this model for a friend.  It's his father in-law Shorty Mills from South Florida.  I did the decals.  The wide-5 wheels (Sorry you can't see them better) are from Big Donkey.

:)  Super slick, Ricky.  And, one of my favorite body styles.  Very nice.

Super nice Chevelle.  Looks like the ones I remember from Hickory Speedway.  As far as year, it is really hard to tell from this picture.  The leading edge of the fenders look almost flat which would indicate a '64, but the hood looks like it is peaked which would indicate a '65.  A front on view would tell it all: flat grille is a '64, peaked grille is a '65, either way it is a fine build.

Nice!  Beautiful build, Ricky.  You've got the local Sat. night short tracker look down pat with this one!  8)
