Wow, those metallizers really make that engine come to life. The wheels and tires look awesome as well.

Thanks Mark. Yea...I really like the Alclad metal paints. They sure are a good thing to work with..

Here's a small progress report... The Distributor and coil are installed on the engine. The second (putty) go round on the side pods are ready for primer... Once I get it all primed...it will be ready for the color on the body. Here's a few pics...

Hey Ed...thank you for stopping in and commenting. Here's a small update....

The Engine is finished. I still might do a few small touch up spots but...the build part is finished. Here's a few pics...thanks for stopping by and looking folks....

Hey Slim and David...thanks for stopping in and commenting...it's appreciated..

 I finished the tires and wheels and they're ready to mount to the chassis...I used INDY CAL Decals and I really like them. Here's a pic...

That finished engine looks GREAT.....
Just not enough words to describe how fantastic it looks.

Wheels/Tires looking GREAT toooo!!!!

Tank on the front of the engine....for oil?
(Guess I'm not paying attention to the engine as it was being built...missed it....)

Thanks Ed..That Tank is the plenum for the Turbo charger. That tall piece is the pop off valve.

Here's a body update.... The white paint is on and waiting to gas out at lease a week before I tape off for the RED.  Also...there needs a little touch up here and there on the white. Actually.... I need to shoot more white on the inside of the side panels along the top edge. The side panels are attached to the top of the tub and are removable with the top for ease of touch up.  Here are a few pics of the progress....

Hey ED...it's ready to attach for sure. I'm in the taping process on the body to shoot the Red on it. I should get that accomplished today...hopefully...
