Yeah I know, they aren't supers or modifieds but they are open wheel race cars. Maybe, just maybe it might give someone the bug and they will BUILD SOMETHING.

1991 McLaren MP4/6. Gerhard Berger Driver. Last F1 car to use a manual transmission or V12 engine.
1989 Ferrari 640 (F1-89) Nigel Mansell driver. Pit Stop Scene
Pit crew is the Tamiya 1/20 crew set, the early version.
1991 Lotus 102B. Mika Hakkinen driver. JUDD V-8 Power
Last one---1962 BRM F1. Graham Hill Driver. This is a white metal Auto-Kit from the UK. in 1/24.
The left rear looks kinda ragged so I just tell the story that Graham used it up on his last qualifying lap. These kits are different for sure. Tools are a file, sandpaper and steel wool. you gloo it up with epoxy. Paint is British Racing Green Automotive Lacquer over Duplicolor primer and rubbed out. This is the only metal kit I have done and I do not plan to do any more. I got my fill with this one. I will be glad to answer any questions you may have however I may ignore rivet counters.
