I have the Revell '66 Chevy -- Red's Orchard. I know the 1st thing to do is lengthen the frame. But where do I cut it apart ?
I need all the advice, thoughts, tips, pictures, or what have you I can get.
Just BEFORE where the cab ENDS the frame rails begin the up sweep. Does this mean I have to cut off a short part of the floor pan that is already built onto the rails ? ( Which I guess would mean I will have to add that back later ?
What would be the easiest way for me to handle that ? All the rest of the frame is curved to go over the back axle.
Or maybe someone knows another way to go at it.
BTW it will be to haul a '55 Chevy LM, and have a single row tire rack.
Thanks.
