The fun of watching the USAC stock car races in Milwaukee in the 60's was the variety of machines and color! Big guys, FACTORY TEAMS, AND THE ECONOMY MINDED OUT OF THERE BACK YARD SHOPS! No pre fab cookie cutters in those days! Here's one, and there will be more!
65 Olds from the Modified Stocker series kit.

Fantastic build, Slim!!! I believe the AMT modified stocker are actually highly underrated by most and as I am guilty of as well!!! The big Olds is a great looking build and I love the look and colors of the 1960's stock cars!!!😎👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🏁
Slim...this one had to take a lot of patience and work to get an old Modified Stocker to look this fantastic!!!
You must have a room full of builds by now....and then some??!!! ;D ;D 8)
Too cool !!
This is a very good looking car Tom....you sure nailed the that era...
