Happy New Year.
This my '57 Chevy DLM. It's a curbside, lowered, and brush painted. The numbers are decals but I hand painted over the red outline. The other lettering is decals. My buddy Hondo is the wheelman.
It was meant to be Little Bud Moore's Piggy Park Drive In # 9. But things don't always work out, and I had to go to Plan B. I like it just fine.
Now I need to scratch out a 2 wheel trailer to haul it behind my Suburban. Hope you like it. Seems I forgot to paint inside the headlights.

Fantastic looking 57 Chevy!!! You've still got it John!!!🏁🏁🏁
Looks really good, just like what used to terrorize Hickory Speedway back in the mid to late 60's. Excellent build and nice paint work.
Super John! I don't know how you do it. Paint and lettering awesome!!!

Yeah, that Hondo kid is pretty good.

PM sent....
Always amazed at your hand painting skills. Really like the overall look of this car and how it is lowered just the right amount to look fast while sitting still.
Thanks Tony. Glad you like it.
Thank you, Steven.

WOW... :) John, Looks like I need to start farming out some of my lettering and paint jobs.....if a big box shows up at your door step, my instructions will be inside ;D
Ok, Brian. But, but I am not cheap. lol
The paint job came from one of Freddy Smith's 00 dirt late models. Annie and I stay pretty busy, but I'll see if I can get her to help me scan and post it for y'all.

Thank you Pat. Glad you are back with us.
One Fabulous model John. If you hadn't said anything about brush painting I would have thought you had spray painted it. Lettering is spot on. Beautiful car all the way around.
