Thanks for the comments and thanks to David for posting these pictures. This is the AMT model with all chrome removed and the interior gutted but you can't see that. Cut out the dash area and door panels to just the bare frame look. The tires are from the old Monogram stock car kit and wheels from my parts box. Car turned out prettier than I planned but got tired of working on it so slapped some decals on it and called it done.
Like your modified, nice clean and neat work, a great representation of the cars of that era.
