What kind of saws does everyone use. If I'm chopping a top, how can I get a good clean line?

I've got a couple of Xacto saws and a saw attachment for my Dremel. One is a little thinner than the other. Work well for me, but I've never chopped a top. I wouldn't even attempt it with the Dremel.
Thanks man, appreciate the help.

I have a few different sizes of the X-Acto razor saws. They work pretty well for me. Before I start a cut I will drag the flat edge of the blade across a candle, seems to make it cut better.
Scale Motorsports has small saw blades that fit into the Xacto #11 blade handle. They are #1102 in their online catalog at scalemotorsport.com
...For straight lines I use a fine tooth Zona saw...less filler putty needed. For curved lines, I use what looks like a stainless steel scribing pencil with a very sharp point...I'm able to apply as much pressure as needed with not much of a gap afterwards...its diameter is slightly more than a pencil
Hey! Thanks guy. A few things I can go!!!!
