Built this way back in the FRW days and my first attempt with Fotki web site.
This was a fun project trying to capture the look and replicate the Falcon engineering at the same time...

Very nice looking replica of an old Falcon, nice work.

Two questions, where did you find a first generation Ford Falcon model? And do they really allow that much engine set back on New York tracks?

I remember this one. Always liked the look and color of this build. Great job James

Yeah that was a FRW body I believe and Maynard ran this as a modified even removing the front fenders at some point. I'm not sure about the rules but I built it as close to the pix as possible.
One of my favorite Troyer cars and you did a great job on it!
Great looking build.....!!!!
Awesome!

Nice Falcon!
The Falcon has a real lightweight look to it that lends itself to a modified and you James, have nailed this one. Its a shame early Falcons are so tuff to find.
Cheers
Alan
:) Yes, I noticed the lightweight look also.
Nice building James!
Very nicely done, James!!! Great way to honor an awesome competitor!!! Is the Falcon a replica or just a what if???😎👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🏁
