   :'( You guys in  Texas and Louisiana, check in with us, please.  Probably the worst hurricane to ever hit the US.  Mindboggling.

 :)  Great news, Joe.  So glad to  hear.  Will call Speedy in a bit and check on him.

Additional note :  Speedy says he is high and dry.  That's good.   :)

 :) Opelousas, La.  100 miles or so east of Beaumont on I 10 to Lafayette and then 20 miles north.

Hope everyone down that way is safe and dry.

I would take the nasty winter we had 3 years ago times 10 over flooding like that.

That is some MAJOR SCARY stuff.

"Harvey" (or what's left of him) will pass close to us near Memphis. Weather experts here say 5 to 7 inches of rain from it by Saturday.
I'm not complaining. Better than getting 52" any day.
My thoughts are still with our friends, family and people of Texas and Louisiana.
