Hey there, John!!! Looks like you're in for some nasty weather this weekend!!! Please be safe as well as any others in the path of this storm out of the gulf...My thoughts and prayers are are with y'all!!
:) Thanks, Greg. Everyone is monitoring the projected path. Right now we seem to be about in the center of the red cone. It will be between 7am central Sunday and 7am central Monday.
So far looks like Cat 1. Maybe won't be too bad. We are 165 miles off the coast, so probably will be somewhat diffused by the time it gets here.
Thanks for your concern.
:) Greg, the storm seems to be shifting to the east a little. Which will be better for us, but worse for others.
However, I see there will be some storms for SW Iowa, so y'all be careful too. Not sure if the two are related or not.
becareful my friend
Thinking of ya, be safe!!!!!!
Batten down the hatches, let loose the cargo, brace yourselves!
Hold Fast my friend, seek shelter in the midst of the storm.
:) Thanks for your concern.
It does seem to be going to the south and east of here. But we will get some rain for sure, and probably a stiff breeze. Probably most of the day tomorrow, Sunday.
Probably will be a Cat 1, but any hurricane is still a hurricane.
:) I am happy to report that we were blessed with only an overnight rain, and the sun is shining brightly now. TBTG.
That's great news, John2!
