Title: Frozen Out
Post by: David Bogard on January 04, 2018, 01:07:33 PM
Well, the weather here has been unseasonably cold and although we have not had any snow, we have been in the single digits at nights for over a week and not warming up enough during the day (when I am at work at my job). That means my little bench area in the garage is just too cold for me to get anything done! I have a bunch of WIP's all parked inside the house in the office just stalled out until I can get enough heat in the garage to not make my glues and paints and fingers all stiff. When you can see your breath, it's too cold to build!! Here's my current stalled builds. Worse yet, they are sitting on top of my old turntable so I cannot play any of my old vinyl right now!! Arrgh!! Unhappy chattering teeth here in The Rock!

Yeah, it looks like most of us, even in  Florida, are having the same problem. Ok, I know, but its down to freezing here last night, tonight, and probably tomorrow. I brought one of my WIPs into my office to do some foil work. It'll get better!

I here that! I'm not too bad if I'm in the mood for it. But that doesn't happen very often! lol I just did a
64 Ford and that's got enough chrome to sink a ship! Looks pretty good tho. Got to wait a few days to clear it and finish up bumpers, etc. I'll be posting when done.
