Title: I'm baaack!!!
Post by: Greg Birky on January 17, 2018, 07:52:23 PM
Good evening fellas!!!  Well, I just had my first colonoscopy after chemo and passed with flying colors!!!  I saw my surgeon today and found out that I don't have to have another colonoscopy for three years as long as my labs keep looking great.  I plan to try and keep up here now that my health is improving quickly.  gb

So glad to hear the news. My wife spent most of 2016 dealing with cancer and it's huge when the doctor says things are moving in a positive direction. Hope things continue to be clean for many years to come.

Mark, my wife went through the cancer surgery, treatments and etc. in 2016 as well and I was diagnosed just very shortly after her first ctscan showing her clear.  It has been quite an experience back to back with both of us getting blood clots in the lungs, etc as well.  I certainly pray your wife will be cancer free from now on.  I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone.  It's just a very nasty disease and the treatments certainly take their toll as well.  I thank God for each and every day.  It makes your perspective on priorities a bit different.

Tom, paint is going on the Caddy this weekend, perhaps tonight.  I'm having all sorts of issues trying to post pics from Flickr, even following your instructions.  I'll get it figgered out sooner or L8tr, lol...🤔
