This is the kind of stuff I watched as a kid. They ran Modifieds where you saw anything from a 409 Chevy to a 390 Ford. Jr's ran sixes and Flatheads. This one is built from the AMT 34 coupe kit. The engine is actually from a Pacer kit with the parts moved to the other side to look like a 240/300 Ford six. At the time I did this one there were no 1/25 ford sixes to use. It has barn built headers and lettering finished by the crew when the money for the pro sign painter ran out. The roll cage and bumpers are various sizes of evergreen tube and rod. I beat it up a little and gave it some weathering.

Great job. Period perfect and perfect representative of the cars of that era.
Rett
love it from the weathering to the dents and the white walls it looks prefect just as they all looked back then after 3 weeks of racing !
Very cool looking ยด34 !!
That is one COOL looking build!!
Gorgeous old coupe. Watched some of those style racing at the "Madhouse" when I was much younger. They were called Sportsman with the six cylinders.
Very good representation of the era. Wheels and tires are just right. Paint is class A, and of course the right amount of dirt in all the right places.

Nice! A beautiful oldtimer. The weathering, rust and bald tires really bring it home! Very well done! 8) 8)
That 34 really looks Good LT75. I really like how you did the engine swap..... Great idea.
