Title: I am looking for
Post by: hemiman_2010 on April 01, 2020, 07:38:56 AM
The 1963 AMT Ford Pick Up Kit came with a Go-Kart and a Bonneville type of streamlined body and wheels I am looking for complete unbuilt or built (non glue bombs) or any parts.
Also in 1962 AMT car kits had different parts in each kit for a go-cart and 1 maybe 2 motorcycles. You had to buy 3-5 kits to get all the parts needed to finish the go-cart or motorcycle I am looking for any of these parts or the complete item.
Thanks For any help on these, and stay healthy by staying inside and build models.....
Bruce......

Bruce,
I have some of the motorcycle parts. Think they came with maybe a '63 Chevy Nova wagon ??
I'll look when I get in tonight and send a pic of what I have.

Thanks Tom,  I have been trying to get a hold of him for over 6 weeks via phone and email nothing I thought he may be out of business...

The go-kart is available in the reissue 60 Chevy pick-up kit, no streamliner body.

Is that the same go-cart? I was told it was completely different...

Good question.  I am not sure if it is or not.  Can't be too different, since most go-carts of the era were very similar.  Of course it is strictly a go-cart and does not have the streamliner parts with it.
