Title: Alternators

Hey guys, I've been researching the NDRA dirt Camaros from 80-82. Did they use alternators? I'm not seeing them in any photos, unless they were mounted lower opposite the power steering pump.

Kind of surprised no one has chimed in yet ???......They ran a well charged battery
                I have seen an alternator / water pump combo in the last few years in catalogs.
