Title: FSM ?
Post by: jlhboys1969 on May 26, 2021, 08:26:14 PM
I have been wondering has anyone seen if Fine scale modeling got any better as far as featuring automotive models or is it still one or two pages

I left fb and I haven't been able to see if they made the changes

No. They have one featured "car" each issue and it's kind of an obscure in depth article on how to alter it. I suppose it could be helpful but if you have no interest in that particular vehicle it's a waste of time in my opinion.

This last issue only had 2 model reviews. I don't mind reading about any type of model when it's reviewed as I find it mildly interesting but only 2?

One of the last issues I got to round out my SA subscription had an article on building either a Barracuda or Challenger.....don't remember which....NO after market wiring  or any other engine detailing that SA always prided itself on doing....even mentioned to make sure one scrapes off chrome plating where that part is to be glued...
for new kits coming out, NOTHING from R2/AMT  OR  Revelll.....the very few mentioned were from overseas manufacturers.....
So NO.there was NO WAY i was to to subscribe~
