Thanks, Vdc. I like the color too, but I messed up and made it too light. I did not realize that my paint recipe would change mixing a good amount of paint compared to mixing just a few drops in a painter's pallet. At that point in the build, I wasn't about to strip the paint and try again so even if it's a shade too light I'm going to have to live with it. If you look at the body early in the wip that was the color, I really wanted but who is to say that is correct either. Thanks again.

Thanks, Steve. Next up is a low detail 1972 Bobby Allison Monter Carlo. As oob as I can get it. I even bought decals for it. It's a redo of a model I did 53 years ago. Not an actual redo. A new kit is involved.

I painted and cleared the body yesterday for the Red Roof Inns Monte Carlo but I forgot to spray a barrier before priming the body(the kit was from the Wrangler Combo kit which is molded in yellow) The yellow bled through the paint and clear.Im stripping the body today.A set back,but it happens.I hope to have more updates soon🤞

You wouldn't think yellow would bleed through, but it does. Sorry for your slight setback. Model on Scott.
