My home town lost an icon yesterday

The water tower that was built in 1910 came down yesterday. Took the company less than 6 hours to literally cut it in pieces. Yes, I watched the crew take it down. This is all this particular company does. Then they were on the road to Hammond, IN.......and were due there today......
