My two would be a Monogram Buick Regal NASCAR, first issue and the AMT 1962 Belair Super stock.

:) This is an old one isn't it ?

Really had not thought about tools, glue, and paint. Whatever I could scrounge up, I  guess.

Because they are my 2 favorite body styles...

:) Good choices.  This is an old topic but sometimes I think I would just go to HL and get as many as 3 kits for extra parts to come up with one  good model, whatever it might be.

For sure the Monogram Buick Regal. I built the Buddy Baker Red Buick Regal BOX STOCK; it won a ribbon at the old MACS Show in Long Beach, CA. The judges LOVED the paint job, then I told them I did NOT paint the body. It looked so good right out of the box that I just rubbed it up, decalled & sealed it !!!

:) That's a great story.  I am glad you won.

Nice to have you with us.
