Flickr acquired by SmugMug

i just found out about the acquisition on Spotlight Hobbies message board.  I know there are guys here on Flickr.  Did any of you guys get notification from either SmugMug or Flickr???  Other than this, everything's good at my house.  Just having a tough time with building right now.  Here's a link to the poop...
