A few pictures of old Nashville (TN) Speedway cars
« on: November 04, 2019, 07:19:16 PM »
Made the yearly trek up to Nashville yesterday for the All-American 400 Super Late Model race.
Bubba Pollard won the Pro Late Model 100 lapper. Mason Mingus won the AA 400 lap SLM portion.
Lots of attrition in the main event. Started 29 cars, only 10 finished.
I'll let you check out the event at https://speed51.com/all-american-400-ends-with-surprise-winner-drama/

I did snap a few pics of some of the old race cars they had on display. Thought you folks would enjoy.

Some mighty nice pictures of vintage tin.  Those top two remind me of why it is so difficult to find a good early Chevelle.
When I win the Powerball I will switch to the real ones.

I love all of them, Jim.  I guess they can't always find period correct wheels for them.
