Not sure if this is the right area to post this or not but does anybody know if either photo-etch or decal scripts for AMT's 66 Ford Fairlane are available?  I have checked with MCG and nothing on his listing unique to the 66 and I've never seen any decals.  The closest I've found is the MCG 57 Ford photo-etch that does have the Fairlane  badging although it is a script style and the 66 Fairlane has block type letters.  Any trail you can lead me down would be great.  Thanks Gents.

Thank you for the effort David.  I think that I will foil over the block letters paint and then gently remove the paint.  Tedious for sure and with pitfalls but if done carefully enough it may just work.  No I did not sand them off I simply wanted something a bit more eye catching.  Thanks again.

I did it once on the Mobius 69 Ford pickup truck.  It was on the hood and the letters are large block type letters and they turned out presentable  The Fairlane letters are quite small and will require some finesse but we shall see what we shall see and hope for the best.

....Another possibility would be to use the side of a brush ...say something like a newer 000 with a very small amount paint.  Gently paint across the raised portion (letters) with what ever shiny paint you choose.  I did this with the wing nut on the air cleaner cover on my latest build project ('55 Ford) with great results.  Make sure that the bristles are still somewhat stiff and not loose.
