o.k   all I did was to go into your Fotki acct.
Above the the upper Right hand side of the picture , click on the "share" drop down box.  Click on the box below where it says "code for forums" ...the word copied should appear.....Right click paste in your "post reply"

....despite what others may tell you, Fotki does not size your pictures automatically for you.....posting from a phone will only compound your sizing issues.  However, you can manually resize with in your Fotki acct.  First, choose which picture you wish to post.  Click on the "Share" drop down box.  Then click on the box that says "more sharing options".  Where it says "Longest edge size" type in 640..... the maximum size of a picture that I will post here in the forums is 640 X 480  so if your in putting 640 then Fotki will automatically size the picture for you and then you are ready to post your now sized picture.  Also, make sure that the "Album size" box next to the words "Avaialable sizes" is high lighted and that it displays (640 X xxx)
If you can get away from the phone , I would suggest PhotoScape for your sizing needs, its free and its what I use.
