Richie Evans Pinto Bodied Modified
« on: June 10, 2023, 08:06:35 AM »
I built this MPC Ridge Runner kit while waiting for the next WMCC/Salvinos JR modified kit to come out.  I always wanted to do a Richie Evans car so I used the Ace Decals sheet to build this Pinto-bodied modified.  I built a larger fuel cell from sheet plastic and made a few other changes here and there but it is mostly out-of-the-box.  Tires and outer wheel halves are from P.P.P. and the ignition parts and air cleaner are from VGC Resins.

:)  Well, I was wondering if EVERYBODY had gone to the race track.

Great job.  Thanks for sharing.

Thanks guys!  I bought another Ridge Runner kit today along with the Ace decals sheet for Jerry Cook's cars so I'm looking forward to doing that.
