Dale Jr. #88 Nationwide 2015 Chevy SS

finished this one up this morning.  if you followed the WiP you will know the story behind this build, not gonna recount it here.  Junior's Talladega winning car from 2015.

Tamiya metallic blue and pure white, Powerslide decals.  only things not out of the box in this was 3D printed "bullet" hubs, superspeedway splitter, springs and shifter from Brandon Miller.  i filled in the jack points with strip and putty, as it seems this team ran the speedways without the jack cut out.  also filled in the rear where the fake exhaust decal goes. did a little bit of fill in the grille area with strip and rod, not sure why the kit was molded with gaps on the top and bottom of the grille area.

Nice looking build there. I remember on Jr's podcast Rick Hendrick said Dale wanted it in his contract to paint the skirts body color, that he didn't like black ones.
