hey, y'all, finished this up today.  basic Revellogram kit, Tamiya chrome yellow over red oxide primer.  chassis and cage are semi-gloss black, Powerslide decals

aftermarket stuff-
Jaye - antenna, dash, shifter, shocks, "down" position window net, upper and lower grille, wheels & separate hubs, exhaust, fuel filler.
RB Motion - nuts for the spoiler.
the fuel overflow is made from aluminum tube.

the Powerslide sheet is pretty much meant for Sterling Marlin versions, but had a few things for the Irvan Lumina. had to pirate the contingencies from a Coors Light #9 sheet, as the generic grouped contingency sheet didn't have a set up like this one - a few that didn't match up.  the Elliott set was very close, only had to replace one decal.  the front contingencies were from a generic Powerslide grouped sheet and i had to remove 2 and add 1.  not too bad, sure beats doing them all individually.

anyway, that's about it.  on to the show...

The new Powerslide look's great and the Jayes items really top it off.

The black B pillar on these Kodaks, really adds to the yellow. Always think on if that's a team or Kodak choice.

Well done Dave! Those Morgan-McClure cars always looked great.

Don't know the answer to that one, but later on when Bobby Hamilton was driving for them, they were body color.

Nice build, something about a car with a black interior looks sinister. Jaye's parts are addictive, waiting on another order now.

Great-looking build. Nice detailing and stance.

The black B pillar lasted as long as the Lumina did. Interwebs photos show the 1994 Sterling car with black pillars and the Sterling Montes had yellow ones.
