1. If you happen to have one of those little micro fiber cloths they give you at the eyeglass place to clean your lenses with....they work really good to clean finger prints off and shine up your chrome valve covers after you've handled them.
2. I'm always wanting to use my Testors Metalizer paints in the little glass jars. Often I brush it on small parts, but spraying is always best. The jars don't fit my airbrush, and I hate pouring paint back and forth and cleaning jars. I figured out that if you use an internal mix paint brush like I do with a pickup tube, you can just hold the metalizer paint up to the airbrush tube and hold the valve down to fill the pickup tube with paint. Then just set the paint aside and shoot paint with no jar attached. There was enough in the pickup tube to paint one header with a couple of coats. Then I just refilled it to do the second one. Headers airbrushed and no messy jar to clean up.
