Thanks! With the season starting this week I would like to try and finish it up. I still have to paint the chassis, the body, and a couple of other little odd parts. Then I'll just have to make the decals before putting it all together.

Just last night I was wondering about your build. There were some VW's on one of MN Max's YouTube videos and it made me think of your build. Everything looks great.

Here is the wheel with the knock off hub and putty on the outer edge to smooth that portion of the wheel down. I still need to drill 4 small holes in the wings of the knock off.

Did about 75% of the painting and finished the wheels.

I'll be in again this season. Finishing up my entry.

Sure...we are way past due.
  How about something celebrating the 250 birthday of the United States of America...something patriotic  ...finish date of July 4th....plenty of time to get something accomplished.
