Thanks, Dave. The decals for the tires were old and brittle and came apart when I was trying to put them on the tires. I did the best I could and will try to fix them with some gold paint and a sharpened toothpick. Won't be perfect but I think I can get by with what I come up with. The gold doesn't show up that well anyway compared to white decals.

they were about me not being at home and reading your post, thinking i had some leftover PPP tires with the gold line Firestone decals.  the second message was letting you know that i didn't have them, they are all blue line Goodyear or just plain Goodyear.

Made a way to mount the tires on the build the easy way. It would have been very time consuming to have scratch built a suspension like the real car had to do it. That's another reason why I glued the hood shut.

Polished the upper parts of the body and painted a lot of stuff flat black. Where I fixed the scoop in the hood is showing but the 427 decal will help hide that mess up.
