Holman Moody wheel source

Building a ramp truck and need some bare Holman Moody wheels with holes instead of lug nuts and center caps for the extra tires. Anybody know of someone printing or casting these? Already ruined one set trying to do it myself.

If you don't mind doing a little drilling to remove the lugs, Ron Coon has a wheel that style with a flat hub area. So less drilling overall. Never seen any without the lug detail and some sort of hub.
