One of my favorite builds
« on: June 19, 2017, 05:43:25 PM »
here goes:

Let me know if these pics are too big....

This was my 1st true kitbash....Monogram Don Edmunds supermodifed, with a parts box intake manifold, 3 deuce carbs, engine down tubes, narrowed, shortened body from the Revell Orange Crate kit. miscut the narrowing of the body, had to splice a piece back in....guess right as it fit just right at the front of the body and mated to the front sides of the Edmunds side panels. rear push bar from scrap parts trees which happened to be narrower than normal...from where, have no idea.....built in 1971

I remember this one, Ed.
Probably got some inspiration from it.
Believe it or not......... Mine is a chopped up "Orange Crate" body too.
