Santa went a different direction at my house.  He saw my collection of 200+ unbuilt kits and realized I needed something else: single-bevel sliding miter saw, S&W MP 9mm (to protect the collection), and as FORDGUY I also got a stadium seat with the local High School logo just in case they do get to play some football this year.
When I win the Powerball I will switch to the real ones.

...I don't know yet.....I got a couple of gift cards for Hobby Town and some cash....I can assure you this, however, the cash and cards will be spent wisely on something related to this hobby if I can just make up my mind on what.   At the rate I build a kit, I would be older than the hill billy hills with what I have in the stash.

Brian.....you're building FAR more than i have....!!!

Know I have over 200 kits.....but, when I get around to taking some pictures, a few will hit the "for sale" section here, first then elsewhere....
Some of the more detailed kits will be the first ones up. The way my fingers are going, working with small delicate parts will just not work.....I'm starting to lean towards more "simple" builds....

Just a hint of what is coming.....at minimum, 4 of the 10 Monogram sprint kits.....more on that down the road....

No kits for me........ I don't need more.
Like, THRick, I too got a compound miter saw & about $500 worth of lumber to build stuff in the new "storage building."
($500 doesn't go very far when you buy lumber these days)

I got the Reffner/Trickle book also.  I have not started it yet, as I also got the one about Len Boehler's Ole Blue #3 modifieds.

It is really good.  He was quite a guy.

Santa made a second round at my house, guess he was trained by the USPS.  Anyway a MPC '74 Plymouth Roadrunner and a glass door display cabinet appeared in the pile of fir tree needles in the living room.
