More Photobucket issues

Keeps freezing my computer up by just sitting there, not even the little "timer circle" moves....
My internet provider is set at 2 Gig.....
Worked fine when I first started posting pics, but when I just went on it....it just sits there.....
Photobucket issue?
or Internet issue?
Weather issue?....cloudy  and raining at the moment....

   My PB worked, slowly, but ok today for me to post a second J2 car.
