Nova Sportsman
« on: January 25, 2022, 11:10:55 AM »
I went through all the posts in this section and could not find a post of this build.  I don't want to repeat myself any more than I already do!
AMT Nova body, A pillar leaned back, and B pillar removed on one of those recently released GTO chassis' with the 180 degree headers. Built this a while back.

Good looking Nova. I like the posing of the race team in the background also. Are you still going by "Slim", or do you prefer Tom nowadays?

....Even if its been posted some where before, this ones worthy of a repeat!  Great use of that Super Stocker chassis as well.

Two thumbs up on that one! Hope they don't have to change their race number!

Ok, I really like that hauler.  I have been sort of going over in what's left of my mind about building one similar to this.  So, you have any WIP photos of that particular build?

That Nova is outstanding. But the hauler just gets to my heart. I am into big rig models, and my truck driving son loves those old Kenworth cabovers. I have been thinking about doing something much like this with a C600 Ford cabover. But it would be hard to beat this one you have created. Great work!
