Well...........a couple years back Larry Gabor was vending right beside me at the Southlandz show
and I saw this on his table for sale. I envisioned it as a VINTAGE SCCA road course build. This is all there was to it except the seats. I needed something to post while learning to use Flickr.

I was going to stuff a Nissan inline 4 banger in it but now I have to decided to build it curbside
and move on...........my real motive is a different subject to have an excuse to SCRATCH build a
small single axle trailer to tow it on. I may merely modify the small kit trailer from the little Midget kits.

My mentor in craziness built a full size '60's era Thames van, with an L88 427, and B&M hydro, back in the day. His next project was a bug eye sprite with the same drivetrain. After a couple of test drives in the van, ( I only went on one) the sprite project got scrapped. The last time I was at his shop the sprite was still sitting in a pile in the corner, on its tube frame, with the front end off. Short wheelbase, and big horsepower, are not a good combination. I always wanted to build a model of that sprite, but never found a kit.
